More than your Average Fitness

At Mclean Fitness we believe that a holistic approach to fitness is essential. That's why our instructor has carefully designed our classes to touch on seven essential elements of McLean fitness: balance, stretching, conditioning, warm-ups, core, cool down, and community. Blaze workouts range from drumstick fitness to basketball-inspired workouts, even dance and creative core and floor work, we step out of the box and do it the McLean way; "not your average fitness".
